The service
ProjectBook is a planning tool for individuals and teams: tasks, projects, customers and connected calendars in one workspace. These terms apply to every account and workspace on the service.
Accounts
You need an account to use ProjectBook. Keep your credentials to yourself; activity under your account is yours. You can delete your account and its workspaces at any time from settings.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed per workspace, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Plans start with a free trial. If a payment fails or a subscription is cancelled, the workspace returns to the free state and its data remains until you delete it.
Your content
Tasks, projects, customer records and anything else you put into ProjectBook remain yours. We process them only to run the service and never sell them.
Connected calendars
Connecting a Google or Microsoft calendar authorizes ProjectBook to read events and, where you enable it, write scheduled tasks back. You can disconnect a calendar at any time, which stops all access.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to store or distribute unlawful content, to interfere with the service or other customers, or to attempt access to accounts that are not yours.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change; anything that materially reduces what a paid plan includes will be announced before it applies.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
